SHIPPING POLICY

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING

​

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S. on orders $75+. PayPal Pay in 4 is now available for all orders.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business day days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.  

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

PROCESSING

All orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days. We are currently unable to offer gift notes, or include order invoices in shipments, so gift recipients will not see your order's price. 

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

​

Want it fast? We don't blame you. That's why we offer FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic orders... Pricing is dependent upon the destination/weight of a package. While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping options in our shipping queue, we can't guarantee that our team will be able to, and ask that you apply our 3-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.

FedEx 2-Day: orders placed with FedEx 2-Day will arrive within two business days once shipped from our HQ warehouse. Please note: orders placed on Thursday or Friday with FedEx 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

FedEx Priority Overnight: orders placed with FedEx Priority Overnight will arrive within one business day once shipped from our Kansas HQ. Please note: orders placed on a Friday with FedEx Priority Overnight will likely arrive the following Monday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our HQ, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. For more info or help with your order, email our Customer Care team at hello@sharoncandlecompany.com.​

HOLIDAY SHIPPING + HOLIDAY CLOSURES 

Wondering if that perfect gift will arrive on time? Place your order by noon PST on the following dates for a timely delivery.

​

  • Saturday, December 11: for Standard Domestic Shipping, we highly encourage all customers place their holiday orders by Saturday 12/11 at 11am CST.

  • Orders placed Tuesday 12/14 or later may arrived on-time, however many carriers are experiencing 2-3 business day delays, so there's no guarantee

  • Friday, December 17: for Expedited Domestic Shipping, place your order before Friday 12/17 at 11am CST. FedEx 2-Day shipping fees calculated at checkout.

 

Please note: All orders are processed at our Kansas HQ within 3-5 business days. Shipping transit times depend on the option selected at checkout + delivery destination.

We do not process or ship orders during the following HQ closures:

  • Thanksgiving, Friday 11/25

  • Christmas Eve, Saturday 12/24

  • Christmas, Sunday 12/25

  • New Year's, Sunday 1/1

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your Sharon Candle Company product, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@sharoncandlecompany.com So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

  • #SC123456 - Exchange Request

  • #SC123456 - Return Request

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g., your Sharon Candle Company order number, order confirmation email, store receipt).

​

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

​

Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Sharon Candle Company's HQ in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken. 

 

Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren't currently able to cover return shipping costs but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge.

Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

 

Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.
